Our skin is subject to constant change.  Its condition will fluctuate depending on the change of seasons, diet, fatigue, medication, humidity and sun exposure.  The list is almost endless.  Many of these damaging factors can be lessened depending on how we take care of yourself.  But a woman

The junction between the epidermis and dermis (DEJ) flattens, which lessens the epidermis's ability to receive nutrition.  Type VI collagen, which is one of the main structural components in the DEJ, decreases dramatically, contributing to thinning of the skin and lack of density.  Because of capillary deterioration, the skin can be paler and slower to heal.  As cell receptors fail, Hyaluronic Acid is not able to fixate to the skin cells, leaving the stratum corneum devoid of valuable moisture.

To my BHC clients - Echinacea as seen on TV -  was recommended as an alternative treatment for the flu symptoms - by GP/Specialist.  Herbalists like myself are thrilled with this revelation.
