Does Balance Health Centre share my personal details?
We respect your private information and we will not share your details with a third party outside of Balance Health Centre. We do however, want to keep you updated and provide you with the best customer service possible. Should you wish to no longer receive correspondence from us, please unsubscribe responding to the origination address or contact us anytime. Is it safe to buy online at balancehealthcentre.com.au? Balance Health Centre online purchases are securely processed by PayPal, however you do not need to be a PayPal member to complete the transaction. You will not be required to register as a Paypal member in order to complete the transaction. If you are already a PayPal member, you may pay using your account. We take the security of your private information seriously. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). What happens if my purchased item is out of stock? Should your selected item be out of stock for any unforeseen reason, we will contact you to let you know within 3 working days to discuss a replacement, refund or alternative arrangement. How soon after purchase will my order arrive? We value your order and aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours unless advised otherwise. Delivery within Australia is through Australian Registered Post. Packaging and handling is $8.50 AUD with delivery in minimum 3 to 5 working days depending on your zone classification. For all international deliveries we ask you please contact us with your postal address and we will send you a personalised quote for shipping costs. Is my purchase insured? Unless you contact us to specify that you want to pay additional for insurance, packages are by default uninsured and unfortunately we cannot assume liability for loss. What is your returns & exchanges policy? It is important to us that you are happy with your Balance Health Centre order. Please examine your purchase carefully upon receipt. Other than for faulty items we do not accept exchanges or refunds. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund (less shipping costs). You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods by email and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You must pay the freight/postage for the item’s return and Balance Health Centre will pay freight/postage on delivery of the replacement item to you. If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
